Head of Children’s Services
Martin has over 30 years’ experience in child protection social work and management roles. As an experienced and knowledgeable senior service manager, Martin has worked across referral and assessment, MASH and child sexual exploitation (CSE) services.
Christine Warner
Head of Adult Services
Christine has over 25 years’ operational experience in the adult social care sector. An accomplished senior manager, Christine is experienced in managing local authority statutory social work and integrated health services.
Kathryn Breen
Project Delivery Manager
As a PRINCE2 Practitioner, Kathryn oversees our project co-ordination team, ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered to our clients. Kathryn has a detailed knowledge of Adults and Children’s social care processes and client management systems.
Elly Davis
Quality Assurance Lead
Elly has over 19 years’ experience in health, social care and advocacy. She was involved in the Department of Health pilot for IMCA services and set up services in 7 local authorities. Elly was MCA/DoLS Lead at Salford City Council for 7 years before joining Xyla Health and Social Services.

Resourcing Manager
During my 5 years with Xyla Health and Social Services I have developed a wealth of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, operational delivery and a strong understanding of the resource required to deliver our projects successfully. The Resourcing team take pride in the quality passion of our individuals and teams whilst ensuring we emulate best practise.
Alex Reed
Relationship manager
Alex is an experienced relationship manager with an in-depth knowledge of the social work sector. Alex co-ordinates the delivery of social work projects to our clients across the East and West Midlands, the North West of England and Wales.
Lee Glasson
Relationship manager
Lee is a relationship manager for children and adult services. Lee works together with local authorities to organise and deliver social work projects across the South East, South West, London and the North East of England.
