Meet Lee and Alex, our Relationship Managers

What are you responsible for at Xyla Health and Social Services?

We build and manage solid relationships with our clients, from initial conversations about a potential project and project mobilisation through to stakeholder meetings during and at the end of a project.

What do you wish people knew about your role?

Our role incorporates a number of different responsibilities, such as supporting with marketing, writing case studies and attending social care focused events, whilst always prioritising the end-to-end journey of our clients.

How do Xyla Health and Social services make a difference to local authorities?

Quality is central to everything we do, and we strive to ensure that every project is delivered to the highest standard. Leaving the local authority in the best position we possibly can. We’ve worked with over 45 local authorities completing a variety of projects across both Adult and Children’s Services with a number of clients coming back to us with further requirements.

Could you tell us, what’s your motivation for your work?

Alex – Having the knowledge that our projects not only support the local authorities to meet their statutory duties but also support service users to receive the care that they need.

Lee – It’s always rewarding to see an initial conversation grow and develop into a project that enables us to provide support to local authorities and their mission to improve the lives of the people they support.
